About Us
Based out of the Palm Springs area in Southern California, we travel all over the country for events. We also cater private events, such as school fundraisers and corporate parties. Our self-contained unit can cruise to your location and be set up quickly for fast, reliable service.
A 15' tall inflated and lighted ice cream cone advertises our product and catches the attention of ice cream lovers from a distance. Our bright yellow, custom-made concession unit fits in a 10' x 20' space and contains its own dishwashing/hand washing stations and holding tanks. We require 220 volt/50 amp electric service, but are able to provide our own generator also. Our friendly and professional staff are capable of producing 200 nine-ounce servings per hour of consistently delicious product.
We are fully licensed by the California Dept. of Food & Agriculture Milk and Dairy Food Safety Branch, the City of Indio, and the State Board of Equalization.

We do have other food trucks in Corona, San Diego, Sacramento and San Luis Obispo. We will forward your request onto them if you are interested in services in those areas.
